Rachel Schlosser has over 10 years of clinical experience providing individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, and families. Rachel’s specializations include anxiety, stress, OCD, trauma and sports performance issues. She is passionate about empowering her clients through evidence-based interventions when life’s obstacles feel overwhelming. Rachel uses a strength-based and person-centered approach to create an individualized treatment plan that works for each client.

Rachel has mentored clinicians in the field and managed teams throughout her 10+ years in the field. Rachel has also co-facilitated therapeutic groups in her various clinical settings as another way to support her clients.

Clinical background

When I’m not counseling I love going to concerts, seeking new outdoor adventures, coaching lacrosse, traveling, and spending quality time with my husband, fur babies, family and friends.

I provide virtual therapy to clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, offering flexible and accessible support.

Rachel brings a unique blend of sports passion and clinical expertise to Mindfuel Therapy. With a strong background in counseling and a deep understanding of athletic performance, she specializes in working with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes to enhance both their mental game and overall sports performance. With over a decade of experience, Rachel has helped countless student-athletes reach their training and performance goals.

A three-time MVP and All-American lacrosse goalie at Drew University, Rachel understands firsthand the demands and dedication required to compete at a high level. She is the former owner of Between the Six Sports, LLC, a lacrosse goalie training company, and continues to mentor top athletes from the Tristate area, focusing on the mental aspects of elite performance.

Rachel earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and holds a Sports Counseling Certification from California University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about empowering athletes to reach their full potential and is especially committed to supporting those recovering from traumatic injuries as they return to sport.
